ArizonaBusiness.com, LLC.

Conceptualized and went online in October 1997, by Carolyne Tait and Rick R. Connor, as a partnership. Rick managed the company in its entirety from 1997 through 1999, before the Internet was a household word.

January of 2000 Carolyne Tait took the forefront of the business management stimulating growth and exposure in the community. Rick Connor continued to develop ArizonaBusiness.com technologically. As a team Carolyne Tait & Rick Connor have continued to grow and develop ArizonaBusiness.com.

On March 11th, 2003, ArizonaBusiness.com, LLC was formed.
Carolyne Tait & Rick R. Connor as it's members.

In April of 2005, Carolyne Tait became the sole member of ArizonaBusiness.com, LLC

Key Management
	Carolyne Tait- President and co-founder of ArizonaBusiness.com Carol co-founded and developed the ArizonaBusiness.com Directory along with Vice President and Web Master, Rick Connor in 1997. Carol brings to the business a MBA E-Business, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Art in Marketing from Phoenix College. Carolyne has worked in the telecommunication industry for over 20 years. Carolyne is the driving force behind the sales and marketing for the ArizonaBusiness.com Directory. She has an expanding history in Website design, marketing, client services, and public relations.

	Rick R. Connor- Vice President, Co-Founder & Web Master. Rick developed the ArizonaBusiness.com Directory with Carolyne in 1997. As Web Master, Rick is tenured in the production of Website design that incorporates music and animation, while at the same time keeping ArizonaBusiness.com marketable and affordable. Rick's background in electronic music began in 1982, where he wrote, sang, and engineered music. He has performed using computers and synthesizers. Rick has established himself in many electronic media's. His creative ventures include music clips used by Warner Brothers in "The Big Cartoony Show", published music in the book, "Complete Idiot's Guide to MP3", accompanied by a CD. Rick's focus is on Website publishing while incorporating graphics, sound, and animation. Rick is the technical backbone of the ArizonaBusiness.com Directory.
